X1140-C AxiKeystone supplies 128 CPU cores and 1.15TB memory for single-node process, CFD, FEA and analytical workloads. Size against named software, model complexity, memory high-water mark and licensing. Use validated baselines, convergence evidence and checkpoint/restart so performance changes cannot hide changed engineering results.

Inspection and condition monitoring

X1250 AxiOverseer can combine protected telemetry with thermal, visual or other inspection streams. Model pumps, compressors, exchangers, valves and pipework against operating state, not only elapsed time. Evaluate warning lead, false alarm burden and confirmed maintenance outcome. AI output should support a competent decision-maker, with defined behaviour when data or inference is unavailable.

Multi-user analytics and services

X2260 AxiCrucible provides two nodes and four 96GB GPUs for separated production service, development and model validation. Kubernetes or Slurm can allocate resources explicitly; central identity, signed images, project storage, monitoring and backup are part of the platform rather than optional additions.

Private operational RAG

A permission-aware assistant can retrieve approved procedures, manuals, drawings and lessons learned without sending plant knowledge outside the organisation. Preserve document owner, revision, effective date and access group. Return citations, reject revoked material and restrict tools or actions outside the model. Generated advice never replaces permit, process-safety or engineering authority.

Hazardous-area and control boundaries

Hyperion rack servers belong in suitable controlled IT or equipment environments, not hazardous zones unless the entire installation is specifically engineered and certified. Maintain separation from SIS and protection layers, use allowlisted read paths, and require independent validation for any command or setpoint integration.
