Diagnose with evidence, change with authority
Recover and support machine controls through an access path that remains owned and auditable.
Axiotech supports incidents, diagnostics and planned changes using customer-approved access, named sessions, least privilege, captured baselines and explicit release authority. Remote access is not treated as a permanent back door.
Good fit
Use this service when
- Supported PLC, HMI, IPC, network or application systems with a customer-owned secure access route.
- Incident, retainer, fleet or planned-change support where responsibility and response expectations can be defined.
Scope boundary
Not assumed or silently included
- Uncontrolled inbound access, shared credentials or bypass of customer change and cybersecurity processes.
- Guaranteed response, restoration or 24/7 coverage unless an appropriate service agreement explicitly provides it.
Why act
The operational risk behind the technical symptom
The first work package is shaped around reducing an explicit risk or enabling a named decision.
Urgency bypasses backup and authority controls, making the incident worse.
Remote changes are not reconciled with the master source and disappear at the next download.
Access remains enabled after the task with unclear ownership or audit evidence.

Package 1
Remote-support readiness
Decision enabled: An approved access, baseline and escalation plan before an incident.
Package 2
Controlled incident response
Decision enabled: Diagnostic evidence, approved intervention and a clear disposition.
Package 3
Lifecycle support agreement
Decision enabled: Defined coverage for a known machine or fleet baseline.
Artefact manifest
What remains after the engineering work
The exact document set scales with risk and the approved work package.
- Remote-access architecture and approval record
- Machine/software/backup baseline
- Session, diagnostic and intervention record
- Updated source, release and recovery evidence
- Incident disposition, follow-up and access closure record
Technical and responsibility boundaries
Make ownership reviewable
- The customer owns and authorises the access route, identities and session window.
- Axiotech actions stop at the agreed machine, network and change boundary.
- Safety, production and quality release authority remains onsite unless explicitly delegated through an approved procedure.
Review and acceptance
Six gates from authority to handover
Gate depth changes with the work; named decisions and evidence remain.
- G0Scope authorityOutcome, boundaries, roles, assumptions and commercial basis agreed.
- G1Baseline acceptedKnown installed/source state, dependencies, constraints and unknowns recorded.
- G2Design approvedRequirements, interfaces, risks and acceptance evidence ready for implementation.
- G3Release candidateBuild reviewed, verified, versioned and accompanied by defect disposition.
- G4Site acceptanceCommissioning evidence, deviations and release decision recorded.
- G5Handover acceptedSource, configuration, records, recovery and residual risks transferred.
Assurance option
Compliance is a declared scope—not a badge
For regulated or security-sensitive systems, identity, authorisation, session evidence, change control, source reconciliation and access closure can be aligned to customer procedures. Remote support capability does not itself establish compliance.
Review validation servicesRelevant engineering evidence
Controlled remote incident record
A service protocol showing the chain from authority and baseline through diagnosis, intervention, source reconciliation, result and access closure.
Procurement FAQ
Questions to resolve before quotation
Which remote-access tool do you require?
No single public tool is mandated. The customer-approved architecture, identity, audit, supportability and site policy determine the route.
Can you respond immediately?
Availability and response depend on an active agreement, competent resources, access readiness and incident scope. They are not implied by the website.
Do you retain our passwords?
Shared credentials should not be submitted through website forms. Access and secrets follow the approved customer mechanism for the engagement.
Next decision
Describe the outcome, installed baseline and constraints you already know.
Use “Not known” where evidence is missing. The first review will separate facts, assumptions and discovery work.
